Hello, I also live in Russia, and have problems with the keyboard Poseidon Z, double clicking or buttons do not work out. Keyboard was buy 04.06.2015.
I wrote on erma@thermaltakerussia.ru April 21, there is no answer. I think there is nobody there.
I wrote the same copy on cs3@thermaltake.com.tw, refined the situation, and after my letter of April 27 is not the answer.
What do I do next and who can help me?
