i can download the software, as ive done it 7 times now. i keep getting the same error as shown below in DPS2_01 I verified the permissions on the exe file itself as shown in DPS2_02 and _03 i have run as admin, run as other user, lowered the UAC as low as it will go, and i am getting to the point of frustration as this application should just work without a ton of system modifications to get it to run. I have also searched the forums for a fix to this but have yet to see any that have worked. as your support is only monday thru friday, i do not have the luxury of calling because i am typically at work. i built this system in March and this DPS2 app has yet to work since then.
