Forgive me for my ignorance, but what is AP?

I'm having a problem. I try to open the software for my keyboard (I wish to bind T1, T2 and T3 to Swedish letters whilst keeping an English layout) and it opens before almost instantly closing again. Please help, I bought this keyboard for the bind keys - I don't want it to have been for nothing! Regards, Dan
