@ThermalMike Sent an email yesterday about this very issue. I have spent the better part of a month trying to figure out what's going on, to the point of even replacing my motherboard until last night I tried to plug in the video card directly to the board without issue. SO MUCH WASTED TIME. Anywho, I haven't heard back from the email that I sent to info@thermaltake.com and would like this cable sooner rather than later. Thanks.
