About 3 weeks since i open the RMA, i have to email the US guys because i´ve got no feedback from europe, really sad from a brand like thermaltake, but the guy in US as solve my problem..

The new riser arrived from thermaltake and it works, all back to normal so the 1st riser that came with the case is really faulty, thank u Thermaltake...

I have the replaced riser cable already but i´m not sure that will work after reading here so many bad feedback...
