I tried reinstalling your firmware v1.1 (b51d5) and then restarted my computer and reinstalled firmware 1.3 (b5635) and now my profiles work BUT now when I move the mouse vertically on the mouse pad it moves side to side on the screen, and when moves horizontally on the mousepad it moves up and down on the screen. This is clearly a problem with your firmware since it is generating different resuts from the same install. Please fix!

I sent them a request on Jan. 9, it has been over a week and I still have not heard from them

tried on fresh computer, plug in mouse, install software. still does not change profiles

okay i have tried that and still nothing. I do not believe it's a problem with the software, I believe it's a problem with the firmware.

I installed the 1.3 (CheckSum: 5635) firmware update yesterday and now my mouse cant change profiles anymore. Yes it's UNLOCKED. Please help!
