    Hi,
     
    I've tried creating 3 different RMA requests using the following
     
    2 at http://my.ttesports.com/index.aspx- been over a week now 
    and 1 at http://my.thermaltake.com/index.aspx- been over 24 hours
     
    none of which has been responded to.
     
     
    Doesnt anyone here have any clue on where else I can reach out or what the expected turnaround times are?  This is regarding a tt esports poiseidon keyboard.
