Hi, I recently purchased the Level 10M Advanced Gaming Mouse. Iv'e downloaded and installed the software but the only thing that happens when I try to load it is a little icon appears in my sys tray. When I open the task manager (see attachment) it shows the command center and osd are running. I have uninstalled/reinstalled with the same result, both times restarting when prompted by the install program, I am using win10. anyhelp would be good. thanks
