Hi, i also had the same problem, where the software dont load when the usb 2.0 connected ( tried 2 usb 2.0), the software only load when i unplug the usb 2.0, i am using msi pro carbon x370 and windows 10 pro 64 bit, i dont think my controler problem due to when i plug in usb 2.0 a driver registering pop out, its just the software can't load, also i can connect using my phone , just cant chnge the setting, and the rpm for fan was 0, Sorry for my bad english due tu english is my 2nd language
