This one. And no, I have not touched any software settings.

I just bought my new Challenger keyboard and I cannot use the left shift key in conjunction with the qwer,asdf, or zxcv keys. The left enter key won't work as well. I ran the on-screen keybord and the shift key is being detected, but the enter key won't even respond. I googled some common problems and I assumed it was just gaming mode, but It didn't change a thing except enabled and disabled the windows key when I turned gaming mode on/off. This is very disheartening, I bought this as a gaming keyboard but if I don't have the main two keys to type with (and to game with) I can't even use it as a paperweight. Am I missing something? Is it a simple keyboard setting? Please help.
