Have your system up and look/listen for the USB detection notification. If you see it when pushing in, it might just be a bad cable and we can replace it.

Hi, try that and the controller & the software cannot even detect the fans are there. My system is boiling up due to the fans problem and I have contacted support. No replay just yet.

I am having a problem with these fans and having difficulties in getting it replace or refund. Very disappointed with the products.

I know here have a lot of discussions on the Tt Riing RGB fans are working. I just have to say it. Mine are not working too. Bought them brand new 3x140mm & 3x120mm the two controllers can not even recognized the fans. Please help me, my system is boiling up.

Question has anyone tried bypassing the controller all together? I would think that you could just remove the 7 pin USB route the PWM wires to PWM and RBG to any other RGB controller out there?
I read, someone has rewire them to fit into a Corsair link.

Just installed my brand new all six of them are not working.

####, I just bought 6 TT Riings and the controller is not working. My fans are now sitting at around 30-50 rpm & red by default and they are doing nothing.
