  1. one of the USB 3.0 slot on the I/O panel in my Core V21 is not functioning. i've already talked to the local official distributor and said he can replace it. but the problem is, he wants to replace the whole case. while the distributor said he can replace the I/O panel itself, it's been several months since i last heard from the guy. it's a bit of a hassle on my part because it means I'll have to disassemble my rig again. just wondering if i can just remove the I/O panel and send it directly to Thermaltake for replacement. thanks!
  2. I recently purchased a Commander FX 10-port fan hub for my V21. My fans are inconveniently located far away from each other so the only solution is to use fan cable extensions. However, I couldn't find some at the moment. What I found is a Y-splitter that can also act as cable extension. My question is can I safely plug two fans in one port on the Commander FX? I feel like I am overloading one port by plugging in two fans. Here's the link to the product: https://www.lazada.com.ph/3pin-female-y-splitter-to-dual-3-pin-male-mainboard-power-cableadapter-pc-computer-case-fan-connect-wire-splitter-convert-1pc-intl-30745194.html?spm=a2o4l.customer.0.0.aofcun The product description doesn't say much other than "3Pin Female Y-Splitter to Dual 3 Pin Male Mainboard Power Cable Adapter PC Computer Case Fan Connect Wire Splitter Convert 1PC" Thanks!
  3. Hi, I just bought a v21 and have figured out (somehow) where to put some of the case fans. Going to the manual, I noticed that it is possible to place 120mm fans at the bottom panel, but when I inspected the panel, I couldn't find any proper mounting holes for the fans. Can anybody also confirm that you can mount 140mm fans at the said panel? I read very briefly that somebody was able to do so but I didn't read in detail how he / she did it. Reason I'm asking is that my HDDs are hot. They used to have a temp of around 35C in my old CM case where they had a fan directly in front of them. Now that they are towards the back of the case, and near the PSU, their temps are going over 50C (it's 57C in one of the drives). I'm thinking those fans at the bottom might help draw in and blow some air towards them. Thanks!
