For some time now i have been trying to get support for the chassis i purchased last year, the Front/top I/O panel, there was some issue with the audio where plugging a microphone in would cause feedback , more recently the headphone mini jack socket has failed , I some time ago requested support via technical support RMA, and was informed that they where awaiting parts to be shipped from china, well i'm still waiting Thermaltake??? more recent support requests have so far been ignored, so here i am with a defective chassis still under warranty but unable to get support,
Is this normal practice? if so i won't buy Thermaltake again
