Im starting to feel ignored, is this some kind of bad joke? Last Year in September i bought a 3x pack of 120mm and 3x pack of 140mm Riing Plus RGB Radiator Fans the premium edition one. Theyre running, but arent recognised by the #### software, the software wont even #### start to begin with. I already have a Topic up here, but in 10 MONTHS nobody bothered to reply from the mods. What the #### am i supposed to do, im about to just throw them away and buy some corsair ones, if nothing gets done. They look really good, but theyre no use to me if they cant change anything and run at almost max speed. I gave them to my brothers rig to try it out, he has an i7 8700k, and it works no issues, but my Ryzen cpu rig has issues. Do i need to get a controller replacement? or what is the issue here. Why is NO MOD IN THIS FORUM HELPING ME.

Exact same issue, TT isnt responding here at all. Spend 250€ on 6 of those fans and nobody pops up

Yeah unfortunately, i just looks like theres just 1 Thermaltake Mod or whatever active on the forum and i probably have to wait weeks, pretty terrible.

It did start as i had both controller set to number 1 tho, so why is that different now?

That shouldnt change that it isnt even starting at all. It should start and show no connection to controller, not not open at all.

But what has that to do with my controllers? they work, they show up, my fans spin, they light, just the programm right now isnt doing ####

I mean i dont get it, the controllers show up, and everything, now the program isnt even starting anymore, i think it mightve been because i didnt set controllers to numbers, both were 1. But now, the programm isnt even starting up anymore

Hey, so i bought 3x 140mm and 3x 120mm riing plus rgb premium fans. Now that i connected it all, its working, but well, not showing up. The 2 Hubs im using are showing up under USB tho, so they do work. Just the software isnt recognising it, i also cant plug it in wrongly, because my Crosshair VI only has 1 USB 2.0 Header and i connected a Nzxt USB 2.0 Hub to it. So in short, Hubs show up under USB, fans all work, Software isnt recognising it. Whats up with that?
