I just sent a request... I have had one in the box DOA in December of last year... Replace that way of cross ship.... Now that one stopped working. All I did was swap out GPU from a EVGA Classified 770 to a EVGA 970 SSC and now it won't work for either card... Had to re-loop my system and remove the riser completely... I have been buying Thermaltake Cases all my life... Never bought any other case name but Thermaltake and with this issue I am very disappointing...... Now may be searching other options with different cases all together....

***UPDATE*** I just wanted to update you all with my latest details..... I added a pair of circiut boards and 2 ROG Eyes all in vinyl decals.... I bought a vinyl cutter plotter and made them myself... All custom made decals. I also added some well overdue sleeved cables and a new Thermaltake Level 10 M Gaming Mouse.... here is the updated pics..... I am hoping Santa Clause will give me a ASUS STRIX GTX 980 DirectCU II for Christmas because this build just about sucked up all my savings.....
