  1. Hi I upgraded to the Thermaltake big water 3.0 extreme cooler in October. Had no issues with the software, upgraded to the latest version which worked fine for a while. Now the software crashes every few hours. I have tried the following: Uninstalling v1.6, cleaning registry and re-installing :- doesn't work, software crashes frequently Uninstalling v1.6, cleaning registry then re-installing v1.0 :- software still crashes but less frequently and the software does not show the cpu temperature. Tried running the software as administrator, windows 7 compatibility mode, windows 8 compatibility mode :- still crashes frequently All the latest windows updates have been installed, motherboard, chipset and other drivers are up to date as well.
