Quality, both in sound and construction, Design/Looks.

The main thing I personally look for when considering any new peripheral is the options available for a matching set of peripherals. If i am going to get a new headset, odds are I am in the market for a new mouse and keyboard as well due to personal preferences so I need to make sure there is a nice matching set.

Check the lock/unlock dip switch under the mouse. Make sure switch is set on "unlock".

Sensor! No point in having a comfy mouse if the sensor is crap!

Solved my issue with the mouse pad bungee and rubber pads.  Just a little liquid nails in there and their are snug as a bug.

Hello. I found it's impossible to set the delay time more than 12750 ms in T-Key settings on Meka G-Unit Keyboard. Are there any ways to get round this limitation? It causes me some discomfort. Thank you

if the colour settings are saved in the Challenger software, try switching through the profiles with the key in the top right corner (with the three squares and the numbers 1, 2, 3). Let us know if something changes.
 
If not, please let us know what exactly you are trying to change and which Challenger you are using on which OS.

Hello and welcome to our forum. It might be that the Fn-key is defective, if you can't get either function to work. Do the "F#" keys work apart from the secondary functions?
This is a case for our tech support, please contact your local Thermaltake tech support for a replacement.

My last message was a bit long and didn't explain it well. I am sorry for that.
 
Basically with the macro software you provided with the Saphira, the only time any keys are registered is when I directly focus on the macro software's window. So if I click Record, go to Notepad and start typing no keys are being registered, except for CTRL.
Which is weird because that doesn't happen with my keyboard using the same software. Though I noticed Saphira saves its macros in a different format then G-UNIT. 
Also my logitech macro's completely refuse to record UNLESS I am focused on the record window, which is also confusing (not pertaining to you guys in anyway but figured I'll mention it)
When I click record and click on another process/window the record button goes back to asking to click it to record. 
basically:
Record > (when pressed) Recording > (When changing windows with my mouse) Record.
And this is the same for the Logitech G500 and the old G15 keyboard.
 
 
Either way thats my spiel and my issue. 
I will probably look on other forums as well just to see if people have suffered this and have a solution. Going to try logitech's too.

^ this is a good point. As a flat/neutral approach often sounds 'boring' to most, the musical/balanced approach is quite often more enjoyable.
