  1. NEW UPDATE!!! Now that all the tube work was complete and leak tested, I took some time to finish up the wiring for the system and add in the custom BS Mods LED RGB lighting kit that was sent my way for the build. Some wire management and clean up the cables.
  2. Good luck with the build!
  3. Hello, Welcome to the Tt Community! There are builds out there with multiple pumps, it should not be an issue. Some will use it for split loops (GPU/CPU) dedicated cooling and to have multi color coolant Other will do it for the "look" of having more components or a higher end design. When you have multi pumps, it is not like push/pull for a fan, but just more of a boost for users with complex custom loops. - Multiple GPU configurations - Multiple Radiator configurations The Pump included with the Kit should be find for CPU cooling and if you want to expand to say GPU cooling as well, you might want to upgrade to the RL240 kit and get the D5 pump and larger radiator.
  4. Hello, thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately it may just be a dead key. If you have another system around, try it out to be sure. I have used a lot of Tt eSPORTS keyboards in Windows 10 without issue. I would suggest to exchange it with the place of purchase to replace it since you just got it.
  5. Hello, Welcome to the Tt Community! You should not have any issues with those basic functions. Sounds like something could be defective. BTW, what model Challenger Keyboard do you have? You can contact our USA support from the information in my signature for further assistance.
  6. Hello, Welcome to the Tt Community! The spacing is very limited to add (2) 240mm rads, but it depends on the design of how the tank (Top section) is laid out. I personally have not tried dual rads in a Core P5 When you mention capacity, you really have no issue with thickness of the radiator, there is tons of space to add a high capacity rad in here. For spacing, here is some images to help:
  7. Hello, Welcome to the Tt Community! Normally for ambient temp monitoring you want to put the sensor in a general area not close to CPU/GPU to get "Ambient temp" reading. Also place it away from fans to get accurate readings. Hope you enjoy it, if you have any further questions, please let us know.
  8. 1150 would be correct. Let us know what it looks like once you get it all installed
  9. Hi pure_Bordem, Welcome to the TT Community! Yes, the Water 3.0 Series AIO coolers all work with 115X LGA socket type. So you should have no issues with your Z170 motherboard

    Urban SD1

Hello, Sorry for the delay, I was able to look over the SD1, it does come with 1 small dust filter in the front. (See image below) For longer VGA cards, there will be some clearance concerns with the ODD drive bay on the right side. (See image below) If you need any further info, let me know
  12. Hi BigdaddyOKC, Welcome to the Tt Community. The new Pacific Series product line was just launched this year, for VGA cooling we are planning to offer VGA WB for NVIDIA brand VGA cards right now. You will see we are working with ASUS to offer a GTX970, GTX980 and more coming soon. There is no plans as of now for AMD brand GPU WB, but we will take the feedback to look into offering more options as we move forward.

    Urban SD1

Hi smush, Welcome to the Tt community! The Urban SD1 has a VGA length limitation of 350mm http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Chassis/Micro_Case_/Urban/C_00002291/Urban_SD1/Specification.htm Check with the model you are looking to purchase to see what the length is to make sure it will fit
  15. I was able to get some testing done with the sound controller. I see the same issue you are experiencing and will let our teams know. I did also check the sound properties and found you have to "enable" some features, but they still do not function properly. When you click properties under the Bahamut sound device on the tab options (Enhancements, DTS Effects) all the boxes are unchecked by default. When I checked them, the features do show up in the Bahamut GUI and the EQ is now mid-line, but cannot change/save settings properly as you have mentioned. Please hang on and we should have an update soon.
  16. Hi, Just wanted to follow up and make sure you got in contact with our support team. If you are still having issues, drop me an email with your contact info and I can help -Mike
  17. Hi, Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the installation. I see the HAF 915R does support (280mm) Rads on the side panels from their website: http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mini-itx/haf915r Pictures would really help as Uber_Tiny mentioned so we can see what you are talking about in more detail. Installation should be very simple, just like installing a Fan or AIO cooler just the same. The case should have (2 Sets) of mounting holes, one for the 120mm sizes and one for the 140mm sizes supported. Make sure you get the right slots/holes lined up correctly. Keep us posted
  18. Hi, Please keep us posted if the re-installation resolved the issue. I have a win 10 test system, I will test tomorrow to check. Keep us posted
  19. really like the layout and how you used the P1 standalone pump with the 2 res's. Came out great man!
  20. Avarros, Welcome to the Tt Community! Quick question, did you plug in the 4-pin molex connection to the PSU?
  21. Wingfat, You want to run the return into the port with the tube. The other port you can plug it or use the equalizer plug (If it was included) - If you need one, let me know As for the design, the down tube should be submerged below the coolant level, this is important to keep air out of the loop and yes you will have some "suction" from that tube when you shut off the system but as long as it is below the level you will not notice it.
  22. Hi, what case do you have? Some of our newer cases like the Core X Series has a fan filter that covers the entire front which houses a 200mm fan. You can contact our support and see if there is any option for us to offer this as a spare part to see.
