  1. Hi There, So I bought my Saphira last year, around May 2014 to be exact. I had issues with my mouse scroll not scrolling properly up properly it'll sometimes tick 3 lines or tick 1 line going down. its kinda bugging me and makes me feel frustrated. My issue started around December 2014 thus I email your support email however I did not receive any respond. then I saw this blogspot. I hope you guys can help me on how to fix this. Im from the Philippines by the way. If you can just give me the step by step process on how to deal with this. Thanks!
  2. Hi, I actually have the same issue as yours, how did you resolve it? I emailed tt esports support last year and I receive no reply regarding this. It's kinda bugging me as mouse scroll is one of the most important part of the mouse. Do you guys have support here in the philippines? By the way, I bought my saphira around May 2014.
