BSSR

I bought this power supply and nothing happened when I plugged it in my computer. I know I plugged it in correctly as I have been working on computers for 25 years and I have used a number of Thermaltake power supplies in the past. I removed the connections and hooked it up to both of my power supply testers and I did not get any voltage out of it. It appeared new in the box but the eBay seller would not help me. Is their factory support for this power supply? Thank you. Bryan
