TtJosh, thanks for the repsonse. I am in the US and I purchased the mouse March 18th 2014.

I absolutely love the Saphira mouse. I use my computer as a designer everyday 9+ hours and this mouse is perfect for design and gaming. This is actually the 2nd Saphira that I have owned because the scroll wheel has broken twice. Its a huge bummer. This most recent mouse has acted the same as the first. The scroll wheel starts clicking oddly and the page starts bouncing and eventually it becomes unusable. Is there any way at all that I can replace the scroll wheel. I dont want to order a 3rd Saphira, I just want mine to work right. Any thoughts?
