  1. I have the same problem. S/N MO-SPH008DT1202004795. Bought on amazon.es on Dec'13. Contacted with thermaltake.de and the offer to repair BUT I have to pay for the shipping, which is more than half the prize of the mouse . Amazon offers a refund but I love this mouse (when the scroll wheel doesn't get crazy).
  2. This is their response: This is the Thermaltake Customer Service Department Europe. In case of warranty concerns, please first contact your local dealer for further assistance. For direct service, please send us your defective product with a copy of your invoice, a description of the defect, and this mail for exchange. Thermaltake Germany GmbH RMA-CSD/EU Oststr.26 22844 Norderstedt -Germany- Please note: you are responsible for the cost to ship your defective product back to us, while Thermaltake will take care of shipping the repaired part back to you via DHL. I'll ask for a refund to amazon because shipping cost is almost 1/3 of the prize of the mouse! I'm sorry I won't buy another Thermaltake product.
  3. Should I ask for a replacement or just a refund to Amazon? I've seen too much people with the same problem.
  4. Same problem here, mouse bought on Dec '13. How can I contact Thermaltake in Spain?
