    I'm able to change the speed of the fans via the manual fan controller in the software, it's just that the fan profiles don't work. The fans always run at max speed

    I'm using the fan control software that came with with my cooler. The cooler being, the Thermaltake Water 3.0 Extreme

    For some reasons when I installed Windows 8.1 on my system and install the fan control software, the fan profiles that I set no longer have any effect on the speed of the fans. Is there anything that I can do that can fix this issue?
