  1. With Core P5, you can actually install the power supply vertically and show off the fan without using extension cables. see the photo below:
  2. Hi, Unfortunately, the RGB setting is not saved in the power supply itself, but the software should be able to remember the setting every time you turn on your PC. That means every time the DPS G PC app is loaded while turning on the PC, the RGB lighting should be turned into the color you have set previously.
  3. Hi, I am not sure if you installed the latest version that does not require Adobe Flash anymore. here is the download link: http://www.thermaltake.com/dpsappdownload.aspx?type=dpsgapp&lang=global
  4. Hi, Does the power supply directly connect to the motherboard without using USB extension? Can you also try to connect the power supply to rear USB ports with regular mini USB cable?
  5. Hi, I would recommend to contact with your retailer to ask for the 4 pin molex cable because all the cables should be included in the PSU package.
  6. Hi, The Commander FT fan controller require a four pin molex, which should be included in the power supply package. Can you check your cable package again? or can you provide detailed information about your PSU, such as the model name and part number?
  7. Hi, Can you please upgrade to the latest version,V 2.4.3333? here is the download link: http://www.thermaltake.com/dpsappdownload.aspx?type=dpsgapp&lang=global please let me know if you still have troubles in the installation.
  8. Hi, Can you directly send the RMA request to info@thermaltake.com? they will help you to arrange the replacement. please feel free to let me know if you have troubles in the RMA process.
  9. Hi, May I ask where you live? I would like to help you go through the RMA process.
  10. hi, The 5v rail might be out of 3% range while the 12v rail (vga card) is under stress loading. However, i will need to check the power supply's record to confirm if this is the case. Could you please send me the record of power supply's status? the record can be exported in the PC App.
  11. Hi, The threshold for voltage warning alert is +/- 3%, where Intel has the voltage regulation standard of +/- 5%. It means our warning alert is more sensitive and reminds that the power supply might be pushed too hard while mining. If the power supply is running under heavy loading for long run, the life expectancy of the power supply will be short.
  12. Hi, Can you please inbox me with your account ID?
  13. Hi, The 10 pin USB header should directly plug into the USB male header on your motherboard. Once the PSU connects to the motherboard with the USB cable, the PC app should work fine. TT Pacific RL 360 liquid cooling kit does not support the software control function. The RGB lighting should be able to control with a fan controller. It doesn't really seem like the restarting issue is caused by the power supply. i would suggest to leave only one stick of RAM on the motherboard to test if the issue still happens. If you still have restarting issue, you could apply for the RMA process. here is the contact info for USA region: USA Support email: ttsupport@thermaltakeusa.com USA Technical Support: 800-988-1088 Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:30PM (P.S.T)
  14. Hi, Does your power supply directly connect to motherboard without using USB extension? Sometimes this happens because of using USB extension.
  15. Hi, Can you check if your power supply has been connected to the motherboard via the USB cable included in the package? The power supply should be under low loading when playing games or surfing on Internet. However, the power supply should not reboot your system under such low loading. Did you see any error message before the system reboots? I would suggest to check the memory on the motherboard because sometimes the system might be restarted due to the memory errors. For the RGB Riing Fan, might I ask where did you download the V1.0.2 software? It is very old version and it might not work on the RGB Riing Fan. Please upgrade your software to V2.1.5 on the download link below: http://www.thermaltake.com/MICROSITE/Riing12RGBRadiatorFanTTPremiumEdition/index.html#2nd
