Hi, my name Nate, and i just bought this wonderful keyboard. Hello, I have purchased a Poseidon Z Illuminated blue switch edition and my 3 key no longer works 80% of the time i press it. Sometimes it will type out a 3, but a majority of the time nothing happens once I press the 3 key. I would like to receive help, but I cannot find out how to contact the warranty department. I am a USA resident. Thanks!

I have been trying to get any of the multimedia keys on the Tt Challenger Prime to work but so far they don't seem to work on my new Windows 7 computer. I've tried changing usb slots, restarting the computer, and reinstaling the drivers for it with no results. It does however work on a laptop with Win XP I tested it on. How do I get it to work with my new computer?

Hello TT Community, I am using TT Challenger keyboard, TT Theron mouse, Thermaltake Chassis. And I am really satisfied with all of them. But I have a question. Is there a way to get T1 - T6 to register as F13 - F18 or as generic buttons? I know the keys exist, but they're not on the Challenger Prime. Shift + F1 does NOT register as F13 despite basically every forum saying it does, so I assume I need to use Autohotkey. None of the very few scripts I've found have worked and I know nothing about scripting for the program, so I'm both lost and stuck.

First time posting.... but thought I'd inquire... is there an ETA on when the Poseidon Z RGB will be available? I'm leaning towards the RGB from the Razer Chroma. Love the small stature of the Poseidon Just thought I'd inquire... Cheers.. -Jason

OK so basicly i was doing regualr work on my keyboard and after few weeks 2 of my keys broke , i can use them but the plastic in them that hold them in the slot broke , so if i press them sometimes it just falls off (Haven't done hard gaming on it , or smashed) keys broken : number 5key (Number pad) and space bar Never pulled any keys just from basic work they broke off plesae help me I love all your items i really wan't to continue buy Tt esports stuff they are really good but i need this replacement part Regards David P
