  1. I have a problem with the AIO pump, when turning off or suspending the PC all the PC leds go off but some red leds on the pump remain on.
  2. Ouch. After 1.5 years the Thermaltake C1000 coolant coloring came out of solution, plating my tubing, and likely destroying my RGB PC22-D5-Plus pump. I am glad that the pump / reservoir is still made and easy to re-purchase - a sign of a quality company. I had to drain what was left of the coolant, take each tube out and clean gunk with a pipe brush , install new pump, fill with new Thermaltake C1000 coolant + Red Concentrate. So this post is fair warning - drain your C1000 coolant once per year or when ever the coolant looks funky. Save your pump and unplanned down time. Photos show original purchase back in Nov 2018, followed by damage done by coolant. I show the new coolant photos, old pump I took apart for fun, and final PC after reassembly both with iPhone and with FLIR thermal camera.
  3. I purchased and installed a "Thermaltake Pacific RL120 Water Cooling Kit" in my computer, and it worked perfectly fine for past 6 months. Just few days ago though, my computer overheated and turned itself off. I realized that there was air in the pipes that may have caused water to not pump properly and therefore the overheating the system. I filled more liquid to get rid of air, and in the process found out that one of the pipe was loose. I drained the water loop and redid the entire loop (this time everything is perfectly fit). Now, when I turn on the power the water won't pump back up to the CPU. I left it running on only for few minutes but the water won't move at all. Before I go around replacing parts, I wanted to know proper way to troubleshoot such problem. If you guys can give me some suggestions, that will be awesome! I haven't contacted Thermaltake, I believe either I am doing something wrong or the Thermeltake Pacific PR15, because as I understand that is the pump and if that doesn't work, water won't pump up.
