  2. Hi, I have a Theron Plus Smart Mouse and I installed the TheronPlus Software and everytime I try to run the program now, I get the following error message: Warning Please plug-in Gaming Device to start the AP configuration! It was working the first time I installed the program. But then I had problems messing with the macros and had to re-install the program. Now this error message pops up whenever I attempt to run the Theron Plus software. I tried uninstalling the software, drivers, restarting, registry cleaning in all sorts of combinations, but none of whatever I tried have seemed to work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks! Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated! Thanks.
  3. Hello all. I have a Thermaltake Water 2.0 Extreme that I need the drivers and fan control software for, but I no longer have the included disk. I cannot find a download link on the website or elsewhere on the internet. Does anyone have a download link for this liquid cooler? It would help extend the life of my still plenty good cpu cooler. Thanks in advance

  8. A while ago I was using TT RGB Plus 1.3.1 or 3.2 (not sure which) with no problems. I then updated my motherboard bios. I am using the ASUS ROG Zenith Extreme(original). I believe I upgraded from BIOS ver 1701 to 2001. In the change log for the bios on ASUS's website it says ROG ZENITH EXTREME BIOS 1901 Improve hardware monitoring compatibility with 3rd party applications. Fixed a boot issue when using a Quadro K6000 GPU. " Before running the USB BIOS Flashback tool, please rename the BIOS file (ZE.CAP) using BIOSRenamer.'' Ver 2001 would have the same improvements + more. Ever since updating, every version of TT RGB Plus from 1.2.8 (64 bit update) onward i have been getting a 0°C reading on TT RGB plus on my Threadripper system. Version 1.2.7 still works for me and I have been using that since, hoping a future update would help. This bios update also changed my other system monitoring software, in particular interest HWINFO64, which I believe TT RGB Plus uses a plugin to get temps from. HWINFO64 continued to work, however the reporting of ASUS MB values had changed title to asus wmi, along with other changes, like readouts being renamed, e.g EXT Tsensor1 changed to Tsensor 1 Temperature. There may have been more changes, I don't know. Im guessing a name change or something similar is the problem. Today I tried TT RGB Plus 1.3.7 because something caught my eye 2.Fixed AMD CPU temperature issue. Something different has happened. I got a temperature other than 0°C. 😀The problem is it is the Tctl temp and not the tdie temp.🙁 Which of course means ttrgb thinks my cpu temp is 65°C instead of it's actual 40°C, so my fans are going close to full speed now. At least they are cooling the system, 0°C put them on idle🤔 I'll add a couple pictures which are hopefully straight forward, basically just diferent TT RGB versions and what the plugin is reading and what the program is reading on my PC. CPU is generally around 40°C idle. I do now believe this problem is fixable but possibly only through a software update. I'm basically reaching out to any TTstaff that could possibly help. I know that a bios downgrade might work, but the new versions do have a few QOL improvements eg. mem stability etc. so would prefer not to. If anyone else has any ideas as to what else could be the cause please let me know. I have been thinking this will probably never be fixed but this new update has given me hope. Any help from anyone would be much appreciated. Thanks😀 EDIT: Sorry just found this thread :
  9. Hello community, This is my first post here. So please bear with me :) I bought the entire Argent series products and it seems to me that all the RGBs were running fine until I installed the latest version 1.5.1. I believe the latest version of the application has updated several firmware on several devices and after some time the application keeps on crashing intermittently. When that happen, some (and sometimes all) disconnect and reconnect again while the RGB are reset. TT Sync are also turned off for devices while previously it was set to "On". The application also crashes when I try to launch it the first time but often opens fine on the second time. Please advice. Thanks, fkhoda
  10. Hey folks: Looking for a little advice. I recently completed my new build. Tower 900 running a dozen Riing Plus 12 fans for cooling. After a minor psychotic breakdown with trying to debug what I thought was a software issue(turned out to be a #### daisy chain cable) I have all 12 working in every mode but audio. It keeps telling me the audio source could not be received. What am I missing here? Aside from the audio issue. I have no complaints with fans

  14. Hello everyone, I've just finished my latest project of fixing the old Thermaltake Riing RGB Fans, because I was quite unsatisfied with them out of the box, not remembering the color settings. So I have decided to create an software controlled solution for them using basic components, which were quite cheap. If you want to see how it looks, check out this Video, where I have started and stopped the controlling software, loading the settings from the config file: YouTube Video Note: I am not responsible for breaking any of your parts if you try to rebuild this neither for guranteeing its going to work. This is a quite uncomplete Guide at the Moment and will get expanded if there is an demand. To fix that I've got an GPIO Breakout by Adafruit for USB and attached the Riing RGB Controllers to it using the Extension Port using these JST Cables from Ebay. I was pretty quick at reverse engineering their protocol, which isn't more than applying voltage to trigger a button press, in the case the state LOW on the GPIOs. If you get the exact same cables, then the wiring is the following: White Wire - Mode Switch Red Wire - Start/Stop Switch Black Wire - Speed Switch Hooking them up to the GPIO Breakout is quite easy, but the C3 pin didnt work well for me on my 4th Controller, as it seemed to be LOW from the start. On the software side I have used the python libraries by Adafruit for making an simple wrapper for triggering the buttons by pin id. I have coded an NodeJS Service for controlling the Colors after that, which is quite basic at the moment and doesn't features an user interface yet. The settings are stored in a config file and loaded on boot and stored on shutdown/reboot. If you are interested in obtaining the software, feel free to drop me an PM and I will give you instructions on how to install it. spyfly
  15. Where do I download the KNUCKER Elite software? Sorry for the noob question.
  16. Hi I am new here. Using Windows 10 - all software updated. Have purchased 3x12inch and 3x14inch Riing Trio Rgb fans. I have two problems: 1. Upon installation the Tt RGB Plus software keeps throwing up a error message "warning controller 1", or "2" or "3". It does it intermittently. I have uninstalled usimg revo pro uninstaller and reinstalled, but same problem comes up. 2. The middle fan on both sets of fans does not show the right colours on the centre rgb ring (see photo). This happens on various software settings including 'static' and 'temp'. Given it is happening on one fan for both fans sets, it might be the software. Can anyone shed light on this? Cheers
  17. Hi, Can anyone give me an idea why after I program my keys on the software I can't them to work? The software doesn't have any affect on my Keyboard. I hope I explained my issue well. Thanks.
  18. Hey, I got the Floe Riing 360 Premium (Front, intk.) with 3 extra 120 Riing Plus fans (2x Top, 1x Back ,exh.) I daisychained them on 2 controllers: Radiator Fans in front are on controller 1 and my three exhausts and the pump are on controller 2. the system itself woks fine, but I got a slightly negative Airflow so I want my front fans to have a slightly stronger intake. Everytime i turn up the intake rpm and i save the settings it automatically applies to the fans on my second controller even without changing their profile. the settings i give my position 1 fan on controller 1 also applies to my position 1 fan on controller 2 Did i connect something wrong or is this software -related? it's the same with color schemes/settings, isn't it possible to customize every single fan? Thanks in Advance
  19. Hey guys, I recently put together my Ryzen Threadripper build and i'm using the Gigabyte X399 Gaming 7 motherboard has stated in the title however, I can't get the software to launch on this platform. It's installed properly but when I go to launch it nothing happens. I've tried to run it without the fan hubs connected but it still won't work. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated or maybe its something that TT need to fix in the software....

  23. Hello, Recently built a new rig with the Riing premium 5pack. The software controlled everything perfectly with no hiccups. After a couple weeks I bought and installed the Floe aio CPU 240. It went great, the software recognized the second controller and I went to customizing the rad fans and CPU block. On my next startup the fans started in the default mode instead of my profile. When I tried to open the software the busy pointer ran for ~1 second and nothing happened. Now the fans are all in default, and the software won't start. I tried running in admin mode, I tried installing older versions, re installing the latest version. Please help! I love these fans but I want to be able to control the rgb! I can still manually control them through bios and MSI afterburner, but it still sucks I can't change the colors. Does anyone know if I can control the RGB with Asus Aura? So far I haven't been able to do so. My build, for reference: TT Core v21 Asus TUF B450m-plus Gaming Ryzen 2700 Asus ROG 1080ti OC 4*8 (32GB) Gskill TridentZ rgb 3200 cas16 Riing 5pack, Floe aio CPU 240, 2 controllers using the Riing5x provides double uUSB plugged into internal USB2.0
  24. Hardware- MB: Asus x399-A Threadripper 1950X Cooler: Floe Riing 240 TT GPU- Amd Vega 64 ASUS Strix Problem- Ever since installing the software that goes along with the closed cooling loop, I've had nothing but issues. When the software opens, it will run between a few seconds and minutes then my all my screens go black and my GPU fans go to full speed. This became a bigger issue on the latest release of the software. Currently running without the TT software but have nothing to control fan speed or lighting. At this point not sure where the problem is occuring, system is stable as long as the TT software is not running.
  25. Hey TT-Community, Problem: The FloeRiingPlus Software reads the temp including the 27°C Offset of Threadripper -> fans spinning at higher RPMs -> higher noise Solution: 1. Uninstall your current Riing Plus RGB Software. 2a. Download the older Version of the Software (It's V1.0.0 = http://www.thermaltake.com/db/support/software/RiingPlusRGBTtPremiumEdition_Setup.rar ) and install it. 2b. Or just download the two .dll files I attached to this Post. Continue with step 5. (HWiNFO32.dll and HWiNFO64.dll) 3. After you installed V1.0.0 go into the install directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Tt\Riing Plus RGB Tt Premium Edition), then copy HWiNFO32.dll and HWiNFO64.dll onto your Desktop. 4. Now uninstall the Software again, and install the new one (currently V1.1.4 = http://www.thermaltake.com/db/support/software/Riing_Plus_RGB_Tt_Premium_Edition_Setup_1.1.4_x86.zip ) 5. After you installed the new version, close it, and go into install directory again (C:\Program Files (x86)\Tt\Riing Plus RGB Tt Premium Edition), and copy HWiNFO32.dll and HWiNFO64.dll into this folder. 6. Click replace and continue (if necessary) 7. Now it should work. @Thermaltake @Thermaltake Admin @ThermalMike Maybe you can look into this, I think it's just the wrong Version of HWiNFO. The new Version worked for me when I updated to it, but not when I clean install the software. HWiNFO32.dll HWiNFO64.dll
