  1. Well i got the combo last christmas and tonight i was using it for push to talk and it all of a sudden just pushed in and fell over, i could get it out just by moving the mouse around and it could be taken out. idk if it could be fixed , the side button doesn't look like it was snapped off or anything. please help its still under warranty the 2 year one that it says on the box.
  2. Cheers, I just want to dive right into the problem here. I bought the TTesports' Talon mouse about 2 months ago (in April 2017) and after a few days i realized that the mousewheel is somewhat broken. Everytime I click it, it seems to trigger multiple clicks instead of just one. It may seem like a superficial problem, but I got into the habit of opening links as new tabs and closing tabs in a browser by clicking the mousewheel. Opening (or closing) 3-7 tabs at once is not very convenient in my opinion. The problem is that I already tried to contact the Support twice (via the technical support at first, then the general support), which did not respond on any form of communication (phone, email or on the website, as there is no "support replies" tab or anything like that). I also tried to get hold of a support-hotline, which -as it seems- does not exist, so now I try to get help here. Off to a few questions: Is this normal? If so, why? If not, how can I claim a new product (it's supposed to work for 2 year and was broken 2 days after purchase)? Also, how does the support usually respond? Maybe I just didn't see their respond, but as of right now I am fairly disappointed with the support of Thermaltake. Thanks for any replies whatsoever and I hope that someone might be able to help me!
  3. So I've had this keyboard for nearly a year now ( bought it mid january last year ) and i am in love with it. I use it to play Multiple games including cs go and it has been a flawless keyboard for such a long time. I have ran into 2 issues with this keyboard recently and they are very VERY bad issues when playing CS:GO Issue Number 1 : I've had this problem for quite some time now, but I've been trying to avoid it as much as possible which is a hard thing to do. The "G" key will be pressed once, and it would end up registering as 2 presses instead of one. In CS:GO, the G key is used to drop weapons and the Bomb. I sometimes drop the bomb when i start with it which also drops my GUN and forces me to run and pick it up. Issue Number 2 : The CTRL button works maybe 30% of the time, and even when it does work, (holding it down) it wont be registered as me holding it down. In CS:GO, the CTRL button is used to crouch. If you are familiar with CS:GO, you would know how detrimental hopping up and down from crouching is in a gunfight. I know this keyboard came with a 5 year warranty, does the warranty cover these issues listed above? Like I said this keyboard is amazing, but if i have to end up replacing it with another brand, that would be upsetting because of how much i am in love with how simple the keyboard looks. Also you can see how nice it matches my setup here
  4. I've had my Model No. MO-TLN-WDOOBK-01 Talon Gaming Mouse for a few months now and I've just started experiencing this issue where I can only alternate between the lowest 2 DPI settings, yellow and red. I was wondering if I had simply triggered a setting somehow with the mouse or if it's an issue that indicates hardware degradation but either way I would really appreciate it if someone could give me some assistance regarding this problem. Thank you.
  5. Hi this is my first post but recently i bought a Tt Esports Challenger Keyboard and i am very happy with it but the light where the logo is constantly changes from on to off and the off to on in a smooth way so, the light ends up blinking at a slow pace, i was wondering how i can make it stay at a steady color of just on without the blinking.
  6. Hello, I have a problem with the keyboard Poseidon Z Illuminated. 7. Hello, I have purchased a Poseidon Z Illuminated blue switch edition and my 3 key no longer works 80% of the time i press it. Sometimes it will type out a 3, but a majority of the time nothing happens once I press the 3 key. I would like to receive help, but I cannot find out how to contact the warranty department. I am a USA resident. Thanks!
  8. I purchased this mouse about 2 years ago for $110 and i have fell in love with the mouse. however i didnt game that often and it has maybe seen 75hrs of use. the S/N number has rubbed off and that happened probably a month or 2 after purchase. i do not want to purchase another brand of mouse but i also dont want to be spending $100 everytime i hit 75hours of gaming on your mouse either. i was wondering if maybe i can get some help getting this one fixed or if there is some way i can fix it at home, the left click is no longer making contact with the mechanical portion. it no longer makes the noise it used to signifying you clicked a button. im assumming its an easy fix but am very upset that it broke and i cant really afford to buy a mouse so frequently as i planned to be gaming alot more then usual.
  9. Hi guys wondering if you can help me out here. I installed a couple RGB Riing fans in my case, but they are behaving strangely. I'll try to explain the main things the best I can with bullet points: When I turn my PC on, the fans will spin. One fan is plugged into the controller where the white dot is. When I first turn my PC on, both fans will light up for a second, but: The lights will turn off again (fans keep spinning though), or: One fan will stay lit, while the other still spins, but has no lighting. "low RPM mode" (or whatever the official name for that is), just turns the fans completely off, they don't seem to go to a lower RPM at all. I could be mistaking it though, but the blue light on the controller is 'normal' mode, and when you push the speed button the light should turn red and the fans should slow to a lower RPM? Happy to provide any other information as needed! Thanks.
  10. I plugged the keyboard in and installed the software/updates. I am using windows 10 and everything is working great. My problem is that the wave function worked before I updated the Tt software. Afterwards, instead of going left/right now it just pulses through colors. I have uninstalled/reinstalled...reset to default settings and nothing has worked. I've read the users guide and watched light Tt tutorials.
