  2. I tried install and reinstall for like 20 times the software cannot recognize the fans and causes my system to crash. Can I return it and have my money back? I trusted your brand coz i am using your psu and your case. But your fans are fail. So fail. I even download the mobile software and it also fail. I really don't know what to say. I spend 2 days checking my system and everything and realize it's the fans. The fans and the leds are working but I cannot control the speed and the lighting. Might be a faulty control unit or something.

  6. Hello, I recently purchased the Riing 14 Premium edition fans for my new build but it is not working as per expectations. After installing all the drivers and the software from the website, the software does not detect the 3 fans. Here are the things that i have tried. I've connected the fans into different headers from the controller. I've connected the fan controller into all of the 9 pin USB2 on my motherboard. I've connected different Molex cables into the fan controller. I've used different points of my power supply. I've used both of the USB ports from the controller cables. I've tried all the controller number settings i could from the back of the controller. I've tried using a different machines. I've tried downloading different versions of the software. The older version will have 3 fans displaying at 0 RPMs and i'm not able to control the fans still. And still i cannot get the software to detect the fans. I think i am not the only one with this issue. I need advice on this. Please help. The main star of this build were the fans My build as such. Asus Z170-A Motherboard. Intel i7-6700K Superflower 750W Modular Gold. *I think these are the parts I need to list for the "debugging". **All parts purchased on 23rd December 2016. ***Thermaltake fans ordered online on 12th December 2016. ****Thermaltake fans arrived on 22nd December 2016. *****Location: Singapore
  7. im having some trouble setting up macros in the software for this keyboard, it wont let me set the alt key as a macro, well it will let me set it as a default macro setting up the keys i want them selves (in this case switch from 3-1 really fast for a quick awp switch in csgo) and it will net set them, i know im doing it right because i tried doing the same thing with the e key and it worked, is the alt key just not possible as a macro? cause it was on my old razer keyboard...
  8. Hello. I bought this keyboard around a month ago and so far I've been liking it a lot. Although the switches are made by Kailh which I didn't know (the page says they're tt esports switches) so far I haven't really noticed a difference since it's my first time trying brown switches. I do have to say I expected them to be clickier, but them being so quiet is also nice. I have had, however, a few problems with the software and function keys: Software related:I've used 3 versions of the software thus far. Firmware 48: -fully lighted: works well but the medium speediness for both pulse and spectrum circling doesn't work. -reactive: works fine -wave: speediness doesn't work at all -arrow flow: speediness doesn't work at all and it's painfully confusing to set up -ripple: same as arrow flow Firmware 0: -fully lighted: works well but the medium speediness for both pulse and spectrum circling doesn't work. -reactive: works fine -wave: speediness works except the last setting, which is glitched on the keyboard. Doesn't go past half the keyboard before resetting -arrow flow: speediness doesn't work at all and it's painfully confusing to set up -ripple: same as arrow flow Firmware 40: -fully lighted: spectrum circling behaves oddly. Instead of making a smooth color transition, it appears to change colors in ticks, every tick changing the color a bit more -reactive: works fine -wave: works fine -arrow flow: works fine -ripple: works fine Function keys related: -N-key rollover disables itself -brightness doesn't work at all in non-reactive modes (but it works on breathing mode) -gaming mode key will sometimes trigger a lightning glitch while on spectrum circling mode, where the lights will shift back to the beginning of the circling while transitioning colors. Switching modes back and forth fixes this Other than this the keyboard works fine, but I'm not satisfied with how the software turned out to be. It's lacking effects other RGB (and even non-RGB) keyboards have and it's quite disappointing. I'd like to know 2 things based on this: how can I fix these problems from happening, if possible, in the latest firmware update? is the software going to be updated, adding new effects?
  9. Hello, i'm trying to open the Tt eSports Theron plus pc software, when i try to open it this message appears: Of course, the mouse is connected, the software updated and everything looks fine. when i saw this message i tried, restart computer, unplug/plug the mouse several times at different ports, reinstall the drivers, restart the mouse pressing the 2 down buttons and nothing happend, still showing the same error and i don't know why this happend suddenly with no sense. Thanks for help, have nice day. P.S.: I just saw Windows 8.1 says my mouse is a keyboard on devices with the name "ARM Cortex-M0 Gaming Mouse". When i left click and press properties on the "keyboard icon" (actually is the mouse), at general description says: "Category: Keyboard; Mouse". No idea what is happening here suddenly.
  10. i recently got these fans. the software is a joke. it doesnt even have a "open minimized/hidden button". you guys really screwed us over with the "premium" fans. when bought them i was under the impression they were the same as the "dumb" rgb fans, as in the controller had the buttons and it can plug directly to a pwm port. but instead i get a really dumbed down hardware controller that connects to the motherboard via usb2 header. this means that in a few years these fans will be useless when there arent any usb2 headers on motherboards any more and i wont be able to use it "normally". there is no reason any more for the controller to do ANYTHING other than pass the correct settings from the api to the correct fan. some suggestions: make an api for the fans. something like: (and please let it be able to be done from cmd prompt etc, added bonus will be cross system compatibility not just windows if the api and software front end are coded in a universal language) ttprem -color <red>,<green>,<blue> -brightness <brightness 0-100> -speed <set speed number 1 -100> ttprem -color cycle -brightness 100 -speed pwm ttprem <controller number>:<fan number> -color cycle ttprem 1:1,2,3 2:2,3 -color cycle (controller 1 all 3 fans, controller 2 only fans 2 and 3) ttprem.exe -color <r,g,b> -brightness <0-100> -speed <0-100> -duration <seconds> (added duration, how long it must take from last settings to new settings) this could allow for some pretty neet setups. everything from rainmeter events to bat files to the fans being able to be changed based on other "measures" the software you ship with purely interacts with the api. all the fans need to be shown. no needing to jump between controllers. the software must handle it all seamlessly. define groups of fans. can be a mix and match from different controllers. a fan can be a part of more than 1 group. settings can be applied to individual groups. no limit on how many groups you want allow the pwm feature to listen to other measures like GPU / hard drive / case temp with custom sliders. when "measure value = 50" then "fan speed = 60%" etc (custom curve). you guys use HWinfo in anycase. should be easy to program (imagine having a fan blink like a hard drive notification light, or fans changing colour based on an open app). i'll add more if i think about them
  11. Hello everyone, I've just finished my latest project of fixing the old Thermaltake Riing RGB Fans, because I was quite unsatisfied with them out of the box, not remembering the color settings. So I have decided to create an software controlled solution for them using basic components, which were quite cheap. If you want to see how it looks, check out this Video, where I have started and stopped the controlling software, loading the settings from the config file: YouTube Video Note: I am not responsible for breaking any of your parts if you try to rebuild this neither for guranteeing its going to work. This is a quite uncomplete Guide at the Moment and will get expanded if there is an demand. To fix that I've got an GPIO Breakout by Adafruit for USB and attached the Riing RGB Controllers to it using the Extension Port using these JST Cables from Ebay. I was pretty quick at reverse engineering their protocol, which isn't more than applying voltage to trigger a button press, in the case the state LOW on the GPIOs. If you get the exact same cables, then the wiring is the following: White Wire - Mode Switch Red Wire - Start/Stop Switch Black Wire - Speed Switch Hooking them up to the GPIO Breakout is quite easy, but the C3 pin didnt work well for me on my 4th Controller, as it seemed to be LOW from the start. On the software side I have used the python libraries by Adafruit for making an simple wrapper for triggering the buttons by pin id. I have coded an NodeJS Service for controlling the Colors after that, which is quite basic at the moment and doesn't features an user interface yet. The settings are stored in a config file and loaded on boot and stored on shutdown/reboot. If you are interested in obtaining the software, feel free to drop me an PM and I will give you instructions on how to install it. spyfly
  12. Hello! I just got my keyboard yesterday and downloaded the software off of the Tt Esports website for this keyboard. It works fine, I'm using it to type this post right now. The issue I'm having is whenever I try to open the applications KBOption.exe or KBHid.exe to try and create macros and different keybindings. Whenever I try to open the applications, they seem to open for a moment but then they instantly close down. The processes in task manager tell me that the process is working as well as the driver, but the applications themselves aren't working. They are allowed through my firewall with a specialized exception and the process is set to run with start up. I'm not sure what the issue is and any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
  13. Just like everyone else on this forum, the software will not install for me! I tried literally everything to try and get the software for the Tt Esports Challenger Prime keyboard to work! I tried every single download 15 times, not one works! I double click the Setup.exe and nothing happens. I'm running Windows 8.1. I can see a lot of other people are also having the same problem with the software for this keyboard. Can you please make it like the Challenger GO's software? Where there is only one executable you have to click and it actually works? I really want to use these Macro and Profile keys but I'm unable to do that without the software. PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you.
  14. This is the 2nd purchase I have made of the Thermaltake keyboard mouse combo and the software still won't open. I can see it has downloaded but it won't let me open it so I don't have any keyboard functions. If someone can provide advice, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
  15. Can someone please help me with a software issue? This is the 2nd thermaltake keyboard and mouse combo I have tried and I can't get the software to work. 16. Hi, I have a Theron Plus Smart Mouse and I installed the TheronPlus Software and everytime I try to run the program now, I get the following error message: Warning Please plug-in Gaming Device to start the AP configuration! It was working the first time I installed the program. But then I had problems messing with the macros and had to re-install the program. Now this error message pops up whenever I attempt to run the Theron Plus software. I tried uninstalling the software, drivers, restarting, registry cleaning in all sorts of combinations, but none of whatever I tried have seemed to work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks! Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated! Thanks.
  17. Hi guys Firstly, thank you for the cool mouse and the great features! However, I'm experiencing a problem with your mouse software (BlackElement.exe). As long as the software runs, the windows feature "Show window contents while dragging" in the System Properties gets disabled (the according registry entry stays how he was set however...). How can I disable this behaviour? How does it affect your software when window contents are shown while dragging? See http://www.thewindowsclub.com/disable-show-windows-contents-while-dragging for information about the setting. Thank you for the input! Regards from Switzerland, Florian
  18. I used to have a Black Gaming Mouse and Now I recently upgraded to the Black V2 and I came home to install the software for the mouse and it give me an error every time I try to install the software.
  19. Hi everyone, i bought a "Tt-eSports Shock One" headset in 2015, so... today i decided to update my windows from 7 to windows10 (7 ultimate -> 10 pro). Everything is fine but i can't use correctly the headset software, i try to apply a configuration but doesnt work, the equalizer doesnt work, etc. I found the solution which is to config it manually from: "Control panel -> Hardware and Sound -> *Sound -> Manage audio devices* -> SpeakersTtShockOne/HeadphoneTtShockOne/etc -> Properties" And you need to activate all the options so you have to configure your headset manually. But, there any way to do it like old way? i mean you open your Tt Shock One software, and you configure it from there... Thanks for reading! Greetings from Chile *Sorry for my bad english :s
  20. Hi, my name Nate, and i just bought this wonderful keyboard. 21. Hi I see new software V 1.312 and firmware V40 of Poseidon Z RGB and I want to know what change from software V1.311 and Firmware V30. Thanks
  22. Hi everyone, first post here. I'm having a bit of trouble with the software that accompanies the TT esports Poseidon Z RGB keyboard. First off, I really do love this keyboard. The clickyness is very satisfying, it's super responsive, and the lights are beautiful. But the software that you must download to change colors, create macros, and do everything else is, to be honest, garbage. It's clunky, slow, and the buttons don't work half the time. Now, in the color effects window, I have a profile set to custom, with a layer on "Set 1." The default is there, because I cannot delete it (despite the help .pdf saying you CAN delete the default set; this is important in a moment). So the problem is, whenever I restart my computer, the keyboard (set to "Profile 1") defaults to a fully-lighted red color, which is not what I want. So when my computer boots up, I have to open up the software, open the lighting menu, and re-apply my custom lighting, which is extremely inconvenient. Any fix to the software? I'm using the latest version (36), and as of typing this and trying to fix it myself, the word "default" and "set 1" are completely missing on "Profile 1." What's the deal here guys? I'm from the US if you need that information.
  23. First, Thank's you for the Mouse. The Mouse and Software is work great and very very amazing, but the Macro Setting isn't work well. when i try to create a new Macro Setting, change delay limit and saved the macro key, the key will missing automatic and randomly. for the example: First, i create a new macro. record key and edit delay time with Adjust Delay Time fiture. then i save as file and replace -> Apply -> and Ok for close Macro Setting Key tab. but, when i try to use the macro, the key is missing randomly. and i check my macro setting and.... yes, there are missing automatically and random. but when i didn't use the Adjust Delay Time fiture, they will save it correctly and i can use macro normally without missing any key. I Think the bug is at Adjust Delay Time fiture on Macro Key Setting tab. because, when i create a new macro and not use the Adjust Delay Time fiture, the keys will saved correctly. i use the software from http://ttesports.com/productPage.aspx?p=170&g=ftr#.VZuLD1UirIV i hope you will fix the problem Thank's Before :*

But then i noticed if you change stuff 3 times the software will just say please wait... because its changing but it never finishes and i end up closing it with task manager. So when i start it up again i try to change one thing after that i cannot do it because then it will say please wait... again... So i uninstalled it and re installed it then it works... for 3 more times... Dunno if this is a bug or something but i don't know how to fix it. Can someone please help me? Thanks! ANYONE PLEASE HELP THANKS
