  1. Hi all Just purchased a 5 fan pack with riing plus 12 (it was the only choice to have 4 in hand needed) so I purchased a tt sync controller as well to connect it with my asus z490 motherboard. So I got it all running and just found out that in order to sync the 3 fan which are on the 360 radiator, I should have all connected to port 1 on the controller, otherwise it doesn't sync with the same colours. So I did it BUT this way the 4th fan used on the back of my case is always on different color since it is connected on 2nd port of one side of the controller, this is how it's supposed to work? So the only way to have them all synced up is I should buy a 2nd sync controller and have it hooked up on the 2nd addressable header of the M/B and connect that 4th fan on 1st port alone? Is there any other way? Thanks
  2. I have the Level 20 MT ARGB with this little fan thingy on the right side of my case for wiring but none of my fans are spinning upon start up. I have a cable labled F with VDG on one end. I know where one end goes, but not the side that hooks into my mobo (X570 UD from Gigabyte). I've hooked up the data cable to each plug on my PSU but no results.
  3. i have several products whit rgb, like ek waterblocks for gpu and cpu, my mobo the maximus ix formula, my thermaltake dr22 d5+ pump res combo, my thermalke + rgb fans, and mu rgb fittings from thermaltake, i have made a nice pc but dont find the thermaltake tt rgb plus software to be that responsive when syncing whit music, video and games, when comparing it to my ek waterblocks that are conected and sync'd to my motherbeard, thats the aura software, its all working but when you see the reactiontime of the aura software to the music and you see the reactiontime from thermaltake products, you see it to clear that the movement of the thermaltake rgb is not as scharp, sometimes even seems random insteat of syncingh whit music video or gaming, i would like to see my fans do more movement of just reaction on the base of the music insteat of just at the loudest moments, same whit the rgb fitting. i see whit the shooting start and the twinkle most possibilitys but i wanne see it light up whit the base and not whit random moments when music just is playing louder https://www.facebook.com/jonathan.kassel/videos/10219928485353183/ this is the most i could do, i have plenty video's where i try differert lighting effects but for syncing whit the music it all seems more random. i would like to see it inprove allot just buy adding some more sharper lighting effects from the rgb like strobing on the base of the music for rgb fittings and fans even the pump annywanne got anny bether ideas/ results using there products, for lething it pop some more whit the base of the music a good software update could eassely fix my problem i believe, so plz help me out thermaltake, i love your produts, the use of your software, so hope you guy's are hearing me

    LED issues

Hello. I have 6 fans in total all made by TT along with the liquid cooling unit. To be more exact, I have Thermaltake Floe AIO Triple Riing RGB 360 (includes the 3 fans for the radiator) and Thermaltake Riing Plus 12 RGB (x3 of these). All listed components connect to the Tt-Sync controller that you offer, just to reduce clutter and plug all fans and pump LED into one place. All of these fans spin and the pump works, but they do not light up on LED. I have an MSI board. The pump plugs into Pump_Fan_1 for power, all 6 fans hook to the controller, and the controller itself connects to Sys_Fan_4. The controller also connects to JRAINBOW1, but still no luck. I have tried calling support but no one has answered any time I have tried. I really would like some help, I purchased these in hopes of making my setup look even cooler and I have had trouble ever since I built it. Video will be attached to show setup, the fan that is lit with LED is a fan that came with the case and plugs into a Sys_Fan port. It is a 4 prong connection instead of the 8 prong the TT fans have. Please help. LEDissue.mp4
  5. Hello! What's the difference between TT RGB Plus, TT X1 RGB Sync, TT Sync (couldn't find photo) and TT iTake? I can't really understand which product is working with which Sync and Software.. Thank you
  6. ive been having trouble getting one of my riing 12 fans that comes with the kit to sync. the bottom two line up and the fans are all oriented the same way but the first fan is just slightly off from the other two. do i need to have them in certain slots on the included controller or is this a known issue? its just really frustrating to be off by just a bit. like its just enough to see it but not enough that its obvious from far away. any ideas?
  7. Hello everyone, I have a question, that was asked on an older product of thermaltake(I believe it was the Riing rgb) . I saw, that the Thermaltake Riing Plus RGB TT premium fans come in a pack of 3 fans most of the time and a controller box, where you can put 3 fans on it. In my new pc I would like to put 6 of them in the case (3 for watercooling) and also the pump Pacific PR22-D5 Plus. Now to my question. If I put 3 controllers boxes in my pc, are they all 3 synchronized or do I have to buy extra cables to put all 7 in one controller box, if so which cable is it? thanks in advance for all tips and answers.
  8. I have RGB fittings (with a controller) and 3 Riing Fans (same controller?). Can I plug all devices into one controller and have them work in sync? The controllers look the same? While the controllers only have 5 pwm ports, the RGB fittings can be daisy chained together, so I can get everything plugged in. Is there a limit to the number of fittings that can be plugged into one of the controller ports? Thanks, Ernest
