StaticFX Posted February 6, 2015 Report Share Posted February 6, 2015 I was lucky enough to win the Core X1 (and Water 3.0 and DPS G Psu) form eTeknix forum CES giveaway. Unpacked it last night to give it a look over. First impression - very cool! so i started to take it apart to look at it better... the first thing I found was one of the thumb screws was broken. Just the screw was there - the plastic part was broken into pieces and still in the Styrofoam. The second is that the case will not sit flat! It wobbles back and forth - the feet arent adjustable so my guess is that the frame is bent out of shape? Then I noticed that the top panel screw holes dont quite line up right so the thumb screws need it go in at a slightly downward angle. Other wise - its a very cool design!
