thedude4555 Posted February 25, 2015 Report Share Posted February 25, 2015 Hello, i Bought a Challenger Pro recently and so far its been a great keyboard basic functionality wise however, i cannot get the software to work so i can program the macro keys. I can install the software no problem. the issue occurs when i try to run it. the icon appears in the system tray but when i try to open it nothing happens. ive tried installing the most up to date software from the website, running it as administrator, uninstall/reinstall, and every other troubleshooting step i could fine. ive covered the entire manual thinking it was just something dumb that i missed, however i have had no luck with it. Any assistance you guys can give would be greatly appreciated. my system specs are: amd athlon fx 8350, 16gb crucial ddr ram, thermal take 800 watt power supply, samsung 250gb solid state drive(main), ati radeon 6950 2gb, msi 970a-g45 mobo and windows 8.1 pro.
