The new laser etched Urban T81 front Door.
With the settings on the 40W laser just right you can burn off the annodized paint showing the back side of the paint
that's a white shade. Any more powerful and it would burn thru to metal.
The graphics I worked up are all "raster" not vector for this work.

Tubing and LOOP DONE!
I have to say PETG is FUN to work with compared to acrylic hardline.

Decided to include the MonsooN Dual Bay Res/Pump (D5) to the loop.

Mobo Riser standoff's worked perfectly to mount the Pacific PT40-D5 pump/res. That little space makes a big
difference in how it looks inside the Urban T81 case.

LOVE the V-Tubler PETG Tube.   I've worked with acrylic hardline before with all it's issues like getting brittle
if you heat and bend more than once, scorching, chipping and I've had it crack and shatter.
PETG V-Tubler tubing has not shown any of those problems.
BE CAREFUL using Permanent Marker as you bend. I found it hard to come off and need to try something
other than alcohol to remove. Acrylic cleaned right off, PETG not so easy but that's a minor issue.
Bending the PETG was fun as I could reheat and adjust easily without worrying about issues.

NAMASTE

Chris Kyle Profile
post-146-0-35664800-1441116818.txtChristopher Scott Kyle was born and raised in Texas and was a United States Navy SEAL from 1999 to 2009. He is currently known as the most successful sniper in American military history. According to his book American Sniper, he had 160 confirmed kills (which was from 255 claimed kills).

A claimed kill refers to a shot where the round hits the target, but cannot confirm the kill.

Chris Kyle served as a Navy SEAL in 4 tours in the latest Iraq war. For his bravery and military skills, he was awarded some of the highest medals in the US military multiple times including the Bronze and Silver Star.

Whilst in Iraq, the insurgents called him the "Devil of Ramadi" and offered a bounty for his head. In a funny twist, they displayed pictures of him around the local area with the bounty but it was a picture of another sniper! He was shot twice, and was involved in six IED attacks

Chris needed to make a decision on family life or the military. He had a small child that he did not know very well as he was overseas constantly. This also put pressure on his marriage, so he decided to leave the SEALS and was honorably discharged in 2009. After some time struggling with civilian life, he started a security company called CRAFT and wrote the New York Times bestselling book, American Sniper.

Unfortunately Chris Kyle was murdered at a shooting range by a US military veteran he was trying to help on February 2, 2013 in Texas.

PUNISHER Summary

PUNISHER ~ When mobsters slew his family, Frank Castle vowed to spend the rest of his life avenging them. Trained as a Marine and equipped with state-of-the-art weapons, he now wages a one-man war against crime as the Punisher.[4]

Born in Queens, New York, to parents of Sicilian ancestry, the young Francis Castiglione enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, eventually becoming a U.S. Marine Captain. He married his wife, Maria, who was already pregnant with their first child prior to his enlistment.

During his time in the USMC, Castiglione graduated from boot camp and then went on to United States Marine Corps School of Infantry. While still in training, Castiglione met Phan Bighawk, an American Indian scout. He was assigned to be Castiglione's guide, and through Phan, he learned how to survive in the wilderness.

Following his training, Castiglione served in the Vietnam War in the Special Forces Unit as a point man. He fought in numerous engagements and was the only survivor (from both sides) of a Viet Cong assault on Valley Forge Firebase in 1971.[5] For heroism in the line of duty, he was decorated with the Medal of Honor, the Navy Cross, 3 times the Silver Star and Bronze Stars, 4 times the Purple Heart, and the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

After finishing his second tour of duty in Vietnam, he came back to the United States and had a second child with his wife. He then signed up for a third tour to which he illegally re-entered the U.S. Marine Corps under the name of Frank Castle in order to return to battle. Castle served a total of 4 years in the Vietnam War (1968 to 1971). Six years later (1976) after the American involvement in Vietnam ended, Castle ran Special Black op training missions for Marine Recon Commandos in the upper New York State area.

While on leave, he took his wife and two small children to Central Park in New York City. Coincidentally, the family happened upon the scene of a mob killing on the Sheep's Meadow green in the park. Fearing witnesses, the mobsters murdered Castle's family in cold blood and escaped. Castle managed to survive the attack but was deeply traumatized by the incident.

He was going to testify in court to identify the shooters, but Castle was denied this since the New York police department were deeply connected with the Mafia. He decided not to return to Marine duty, but instead, outfitted himself with assorted weapons and a battle suit that displayed a large skull on the chest, and embarked on a one-man anti-crime campaign throughout New York City. Castle devoted the rest of his life to eradicating organized crime, using the nom de guerre of the Punisher.

The Punisher used his combat experience (four years as a US Marine in a special operations unit in the Vietnam War), guerrilla warfare (combat assault attacks, assassinations, ambushes, hit and runs, bombings, using the enemies' own money, weapons, and supplies against them), urban warfare (using the crowded city of New York to blend in and disappear), psychological warfare (putting fear into the hearts of criminals), using detective-like skills (talking to people, reading obtained files on the people he goes after, tracking and surveying the enemy), always adapting to the enemy such as using the Mafia's own methods and tactics against them (interrogating and torturing suspects to death in order to get information from them) and whatever resources and means may be necessary to do so, ranging from light anti-tank weaponry to enraged polar bears, piranhas, and even a hydrogen bomb.

Bare with me. I booted up and Error Code 36 CPU... I am using a old CPU I used for Benching, testing, OC'ing for reviews and it's likely problematic.
Now I get to tear down the LOOP and fix and rebuild.
LESSON? Hard Line tubing is best done AFTER ALL of the hardware is checked and benched 1st.
It's OK, I had a few ideas I wanted to play with anyway. May even use the Rotary adapter on the Laser unit and etch some tubing.
We are not supposed to etch PETG in the unit but ours is vented very well so I'll find out the why PETG in a laser is restricted.
