ToxicMinion23 Posted May 18, 2015 Report Share Posted May 18, 2015 Anyone know of this issue? I have the latest driver software installed and my mouse is plugged in and working perfectly. However, I am not able to change anything in the driver software because the software is saying my device is not plugged in. Also you could have had a bad install, have you tried reinstall of the software and reboot? keep us posted and confirm which Theron Mouse you are using so we can try and recreate.
