Hello,

Could you help to check the following steps:

  1. When you were using your original computer, did you install a Toughpower DPS 750W (with USB) power supply? or other non-USB power supply?
  2. When you use the new computer, do you also install WATER 2.0?
  3. For the new computer, when both the USB cables (from Toughpower DPS 750W power supply and from WATER2.0) all connected to motherboard, does the new computer fail?
  4. For the new computer, if you only connect USB cable from WATER2.0 to motherboard, does the new computer work properly?
  5. For the new computer, if you only connect USB cable from Toughpower DPS 750W power supply to motherboard, does the new computer work properly?
  6. As you mentioned “disable USB all goodâ€, do you mean both the USB cables (from Toughpower DPS 750W power supply and from WATER2.0) are not connected to motherboard; in this way, does the new computer work properly?
