aki Posted October 4, 2015 Report Share Posted October 4, 2015 i have no idea where to post this and im sorry if i overlooked something but i need some help.ive had one of these mouses for like 2 months now and it's worked perfectly, but all of a sudden it stopped being able to move?? i can click but it refuses to move and other mouses work, i tried to troubleshoot it and all it says is "This device may not work with a USB 3.0, please plug it into a USB 2.0" but I don't have a usb 2.0 slot and I don't know how to get my mouse working again.i'm also not sure which one my mouse is, it seems like the saphira one but its just a simple 2 button one, can anyone help me i'm so frustrated StanleyPer, JustinMern, adelinevoc and 1 other 4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
