MagnificentOne Posted September 19, 2016 Report Share Posted September 19, 2016 I have had a 10M diamond black mouse for a little under a year and it has suddenly stopped working. This is a replacement that was sent under warranty after my first one had a wire issue. I'm not sure what the problem is this time. There is no response or change when I plug and unplug it. I have tried plugging it into another computer and it still doesn't function. I have sent and email and have been waiting weeks for a reply. I still have not heard back from the facebook message I sent. How do I get in touch with a customer service representative? Help Could you describe the question more clearly? You can test it on the other computer, if that doesn't work then please contact our customer service.
