Don Posted October 4, 2016 Report Share Posted October 4, 2016 Just reading the problems here leads me to believe the BlackX has severe manufacturing or hardware design problems. I would never buy another one of this version and probably go with someone who has a better representation. There name is sort of a copy of Thermallake... Well known in the industry. Copying a similar name is purely strategic and they can get away with it. I have a defective unit after owning it for exactly one year almost to the day. I am curious what kind of hoops I will have to jump through. I am hoping for good customer service <crossing my fingers> since I emailed them. We will see.
