Challenger Prime Toggle Keys

I am not sure what is going on with my new Challenger Prime Keyboard. I have not been able to properly download the software from the website. Every time I try to download the software it tries to open in Adobe Photoshop, when I try to open in a different program it tells me to download a program to "unzip" the file, but I have programs like that already on my computer yet the file is not recognized by any of them.

 

Putting that aside, I am having issues with my Num Lock and Backspace keys. 

 

I prefer that my numlock is always on, while in game the numlock light will turn on and off without me ever touching it. it will force my character to auto run or jump repeatedly. pressing the numlock does not stop this from happening. pressing the arrow keys does not stop this from happening. sometimes pressing the arrow keys will trigger the numlock to get stuck. Sometimes pressing backspace will turn the numlock on and off. I also keep getting an error message pop up asking me to turn on/off Toggle Keys. 

 

The only way I have found to stop the issue when it is active (this does not prevent it from happening again though) is to restart my computer. However, it is unhealthy to restart my computer ever 30 minutes to an hour because my keyboard has glitched. Also, it is very frustrating to be in a dungeon and have to restart because my computer is glitching.

 

I have only had this keyboard 2 days and it seems faulty. Your software is inaccessible, and support is unresponsive. If there is anyone in the community that can help me with this issue, I would be grateful for the assistance. Thank you.

 

I am using Windows 10.

Games that are affected by this issue: TERA, Blade & Soul, DCUO, WOW, W101 & P101.

Some of these games allow me to change the keybindings to avoid using numlock, but it still triggers the numlock glitch anyway.

Thanks for the link, I finally got the program to open properly. 

I have reset the keyboard settings to default, but that has not fixed the issue with the numlock.

it still randomly turns on and off or turns off by pressing other keys. Most notably the backspace.

Please help, thanks!

 

I am not able to test the keyboard on a second computer at this time.
