To whom it may concern.

I am very disgusted with the support that has been provided to me in regards to my enquiry that I sent to Thermaltake on Monday, 21 November 2016. It seems you have a communication problem within your company & my enquiry in still left unresolved till this day. Because of this kind of support I have decided to get rid of all my Thermaltake equipment this includes My Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow Case, Thermaltake ToughPower 80+ Gold 750W PSU, Thermaltake Water 3.0 Extreme S Liquid Cooler, Thermaltake Level 10 M Gaming Mouse, 2x Thermaltake Challenger Pro Gaming Keyboard and Thermaltake Dasher Mouse Pad, & will never purchase another Thermaltake product again or suggest any of your products. I will also be expressing my opinion of the type of support that you provide to me on social media & will be sending a hard copy of this email & previous communications to Thermaltake CEO Kenny Lin. I expected better support from a company like Thermaltake.
