DPSapp can't connect to the power supply

I have a DPS G RGB 850, and I have installed the DPSapp on my computer. but when I open it, it always said "Can't connect to the power supply. please check if the power supply was connect to the system by USB". My computer is Windows 10, i7-6800k

Can you check if your power supply is properly connected to your motherboard via USB?

if you do, you could swap another USB port on the motherboard?
