Clicking DPS G 750W Gold

Hey all, I have a brand new build with a brand new Smart DPS G 750W Gold.

When I restart, the power supply attempts to start 4 - 9 times and clicks each time before it finally starts.

Once started it runs fine.  Max so far has been 36 hours under low stress.

It is 100 percent the power supply and not anything else.

If I do a shut down and then start,  the power supply starts fine without the clicking noise.  So far at least.

I only have two hard drives installed, cpu, and 4 case fans.  Nothing else.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
