Smart 700W burned up

My Smart 700W powersupply suddenly starting smoking (a lot) and the computer lost power.  

The reason for my post is there does not seem to be any response from Thermaltake support.  I've email several times and filled out the RMA request twice.  No responses.  

Has anyone else had any problems getting a response from support?

It seems pretty clear that there is a defect.

Sorry to cause you such inconvenience.

You are the second user here reported RMA application no coming through.

Obviously our system is having trouble deliver.
