Zeroblue Posted May 23, 2017 Report Share Posted May 23, 2017 Hi there i bought Thermaltake Toughpower DPS G RGB 850W Gold recently and when i open up the DPSapp pop's up a message in Chinese that thank's to google translator app found out that it said that my Account or Password was wrong i have already change'd it and can log in in the browser no problem but i can't log out in the DPSapp software just always says that my password is incorrect though i can log on in the browser SPM with out a problem, Thanks in advance, It's really annoying to getting tease popup messages and i have try'd to reinstall the DPSapp but always when i install it again it i get that popup multiple times and cant log out from the app even though it's a fresh install. Denny Posted June 5, 2017 Report Share Posted June 5, 2017 Hi, sorry for the inconveniences that might be caused by the software. we will fix the bug as soon as possible. to solve this issue, can you please remove the folder under the path: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\TT Please note that all the record of power supply and fan will be removed. after removing the TT folder and reinstalling the PC client, you should be able to login and logout your account.
