Ryzen and Riing Plus RGB Software Issue [RESOLVED]

I contacted Thermaltake Australia support a few weeks ago about the Ryzen issue with the controller. They advised soon a replacement controller would be available.

 

Just arrived today, all works perfectly now.

If you have an issue with the Riing RGB software not loading on a Ryzen system and you have installed the hardware and software correctly, contact Thermaltake support and they will organise a new compatible controller to be sent.
