devilmiki Posted August 17, 2017 Report Share Posted August 17, 2017 Hello, I've bought thermaltake riing rgb 12 and connected to pc with the controller. I would lock green light but, when I shut down the computer and turn on again they "lose memory" and all led are turned off. (same problem with other color or with the mode where its always changing colour) I've connected the controller on the cpu fan controller on the mobo (asus strix 270E). It's a problem cause i've a case completly closed and i can't put the controller out of it.. I've tried to change settings in bios putting the fan on DC (and not PWN) but nothing change.
