Power supply fan speed error

Hi,

How is the fan on the PSU doing? is it not working or working ok?

Are you running the PSU in Smart fan mode? meaning the fan will stop completely and only turn on when needed?

Try:

1. Turn the Smart fan feature off, this will force the fan to be on 100% of the time.

2. Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the DPS G app from our website www.thermaltake.com

3. If the fan error continues, it could be an issue with the fan (Thankfully found due to the software) and I would suggest to contact us for replacement options under warranty:
