If I had to choose and based on this with the Tower 900 in my exp, I would use the bottom as the IN and the top as the OUT to give you better room for your tube runs. That was my suggestion too, so now I will just go on and get this "fishtank" up and running. It's the best case I ever had, there's so much space in it. I appreciate your help, thank you.
