IrwinAllen13 Posted March 4, 2018 Report Share Posted March 4, 2018 Hey Thermal Mike, I went through your online zen desk portal that i got redirected to from your thermaltake support site. I requested a Core X9 Vented side panel, and a HD Bracket kit (I.e 3 HD bays, and a Fan Mount). I submitted the ticket on the 26th, and resent it to sales@thermaltakeuse.com on the 28th.
