I purchased the Commander combo a coupld weeks ago and the past few days while in the middle of gaming the keyboard ill lock or freeze, mouse as well, nothing unlocks it at all, I have hit every possible combination or controls I can think of, only think that works is manually turning off my pc and losing everything...

Iss this common? do I have to return? I love the seet, but cant keep dealing with this issue, its for gaming & I cant game bc it keeps freezing on me/

Problem: when using multiple log in accounts for the same PC that the keyboard is plugged into, it doesn't recognize the keyboard in 2nd user account.

I have tried unplugging the keyboard and plugging in again, and this worked well. Then when I log out of 2nd user and return to first user, first user no longer recognized and must repeat unplug/plug in method to restore keyboard use to first user.

Please comment on how to avoid this, as this makes this keyboard un-useable. I have tried other keyboards and they don't have this problem.

Have a brand new TT ARGENT K6 RGB Low Profile Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Cherry MX Red which I made a custom lighting profile for, and it worked for 1x day, created through TT iTake Engine downloaded 01/01/24 from TT au website.

Yesterday (02/01/24), suddenly went all light blue (see pic) wont accept ANY colour edits. When hitting apply, even just to change static colour, there is a brief/fast flash and then back to light blue.

Trying to reset with FN + ESC for 5 secs has no effect. Re-installed TT iTake Engine multiple times, unplugged and re-plugged keyboard several times, uninstalled and re-installed TT RGB plus multiple times, no effect.

Keyboard now light blue only and basically a "dumb" keyboard, no smarts at all.

I am new to RGB software, so maybe some easy help is on offer. Maybe I am holding my tongue wrong?

I'm looking to develop the macro scripts further, is there a text editor that can open the 'macro.T1M' for editing please?

I have the COMMANDER Gaming Gear Combo keyboard, and my kid played with it and somehow turned on the win lock function.

Basically, I can't use any of the media keys, and I can't modify the macro keys at all, they're always the default.

Immediately ran into problems when I had issues signing into my PC. After a few minutes I managed it and started looking into what may have been going on.

For some reason, my ‘e’ key was acting like my ‘tab’ key, my ‘n’ was always followed by a ‘/‘ and my ‘l’ had a ‘-‘ before it.

Is there a fix for this.

I have issues using my gamining keyboard software with my Challenger prime keyboard:

 When I try to use M1/M2/M3 profiles with some configuration, I lose my "windows Key".

I believe that this is supposed to happen only with the Gamer profile, right?

Every time I have to reset the configurations to get the 'win key' back, so I can't use macro keys or set ligths profile, por exemple. How to solve this?
